The Challenge
Initially, Oshun Family Center faced challenges with inconsistent brand messaging across various platforms. Key information was difficult to locate on their website, and the overall brand identity lacked clarity and cohesion. Our task was to unify the brand’s visual and verbal communication to enhance its impact and reach.
The Process
To address these challenges, we employed a structured design process:
• Site Map: We created a detailed site map to ensure clear navigation and easy access to key information
• Data Analysis: We analyzed user data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Skeleton Wireframe: A basic wireframe was developed to establish the structure and layout of the website.
• Prototype and Usability Testing: We created prototypes and conducted usability testing to validate our design decisions and ensure a user-friendly experience.
